Terry is Executive Director of Chivalry Management Consultancy, a consulting firm focused on strategy, marketing and operations.  He also serves as associate partner at Change Management Group, a London-based consulting firm specialising in making change happen and creating lasting value for clients.

With over 25 years’ business experience across different industries sectors, Terry is an unconventional thinker and strategy consultant based in Hong Kong specializing in improving the profitability of businesses large and small, through strategic analysis, organisational restructuring, operations improvement, cost optimization, complexity and lead time reduction and revenue enhancement.

During the past 7 years, he has worked with both corporate and private equity clients in theUK and China to create tremendous value for their businesses.  He is good at ideas, strategic insight, spotting talent and advising clients what to do to significantly improve their bottom lines.  He is also passionate about helping the weak and the helpless, providing pro bono service to non-profit sector and social enterprises.
