Dr Ka Yin Gavin Chau has received his Doctorate degree in Business Administration and Master in Business Administration from University of Newcastle, UK. He holds a Master degree in Quality Management and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a Chartered Engineer (UK),

Dr Chau teaches at various universities at different levels. He has also published more than 20 papers in international journals and conferences. In 2007, he was selected as China’s 500 influential management consultant experts by China Enterprise Confederation.

Dr Chau is the registered Six Sigma Black Belt (USA) and a Six Sigma Black Belt Examiner in Hong Kong and China. He has solid experience in manufacturing operations and quality management. 目前, he is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Quality Management Association, Vice chairman of Six Sigma Institute and the advisory board member of Hong Kong University (SPACE), and Hong Kong Polytechnic University (ISE).
